Please read carefully before coming to your appointment to avoid extra fees or cancellation.

Hair must be washed, fully blow-dried, and product-free

No oils, grease, leave-in conditioner, or heavy buildup

Lace must be clean and free of glue (if reinstall)

Bundles/wigs must be dropped off (if required) 24–72 hrs prior

πŸ’— Wig Install Clients

Lace fully customized (unless customization was added)

Wig is clean & free of old glue

Extra bundles (if needed) brought to appointment

πŸ’— Appointment Rules

Deposit sent to secure appointment (non-refundable)

Address will be sent 24 hrs before appointment

No extra guests

Be on time (10–15 min late fee applies)

Same-day cancellations = deposit forfeited

  • $15 Deposit required to book (non-refundable)

  • REMAINING BALANCE CASH ONLY

  • 24-hr notice to cancel or reschedule ( after second reschedule new deposit must be sent )

  • 10-min grace period ($20 late fee after 15 mins)

  • No-shows = loss of appointment

  • NO EXTRA GUEST ( UNLESS THEY ARE BEING SERVICED)

  • NO REFUNDS

  • Be respectful or appointment will be cancelled

  • If you want to book an after hours or squeeze in its a $20 fee
